Summary

Project Color Corps continues to grow across the US so we are looking for a part-time project manager for a few of our Bay Area projects.  We have many project management tools and methods available to assist you but need a helping hand with an attention to detail o keep our projects on track.


Expectations

Develop project schedules and budgets and keep them on track

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the project

Communicate with site representatives, designers, volunteers, and other parties.

Manage volunteers on paint day

Provide day to day communications with designers, volunteers, sponsors, donors, and site contacts; including project-specific communication and updates to email lists as needed.

Report to the Board members and Program Director on project(s) status.


Qualifications

Strong love of design and its power for change.

The ideal candidate has professional experience in construction, interior design or architecture and has managed or coordinated at least two interiors or architecture projects from start to finish.

Proficient with MS Project/Smartsheet Gantt charts

Familiar with basics of Squarespace website editing and some basic Adobe Creative Suite skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

You will need your own computer to complete the work but we will provide you with a G Suite account and other software licenses as needed.

Must be available during standard business hours as well as for weekend work on paint days, typically only a couple times per year.


$20-35 per hour, depending on experience, 24 hours per month.
