“I have had the pleasure of working with Project Color Corps for two different projects over the years. The first was at an elementary school that I was working at as a teacher and the second was at the middle school where I am currently Principal. Both projects have made a great impact on the communities. Project Color Corps not only brings color to the campus but also helps boost community, hope, excitement, and student voice.
At first, I thought it would just be fun to bring color to my campus; however, little did I know the community and excitement it would also bring. Many may think this is just a mural on campus; however, these projects are an educational process for the community about the impact of color and emotions, which is hugely important to school campuses. Through Color Surveys and Color Seminars, the community is able to speak their voice and learn about color and how it ties to their feelings in the space. Project Color Corps brings thoughtfulness and connectedness to every project that they do.”
